Because of the complexity and diversity of the Phytophthora sojae, management can be challenging and often requires a multifaceted approach. Integrated disease management is a method of using cultural methods along with genetic and chemical approaches. The most successful Phytophthora control programs will use many of the methods described in the following slides.
